IONA PULSE | Community Consultation 2025

Iona Village Hall Community Trust (IVHCT) and Iona Community Council (ICC) are committed to understanding and communicating the diverse needs of our community as well as how our Village Hall can help.

Here’s why your voice matters:

  • Build a Stronger Community: We aim to create a solid evidence base on critical issues like housing, education, ferries, and healthcare.
  • Effective Advocacy: With clear data, we can better respond to ongoing challenges and advocate for our community’s needs
  • Secure Funding: Information gathered will help us plan for the best use of existing resources and attract funding for future projects.
  • Make an Impact: Your insights previously helped fundraise for our new Hall. You helped make an enormous impact, and we hope that 12+ years later we can do the same again for the new priorities and needs of Iona.

Starting in February 2025, Community Enterprise will gather data and feedback from our local community. The first step is a community-wide survey, which will be followed by focus groups, stakeholder interviews, and one-on-one conversations.
